I just know I'm going to feel dumb when someone answers this question. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to print an invoice to PDF without changing the default printer or using the email function. Surely there is a way to change the printer on the fly?
0 C White over 1 year agoI usually click the 'export' button and choose PDF.
0 AmyGurl over 1 year ago in reply to C WhiteThere isn't an export button on the invoice screen.
0 C White over 1 year ago in reply to AmyGurlIs there a print preview button? (Sorry, I don't have Sage open yet this morning)
0 AmyGurl over 1 year ago in reply to C WhiteYes, but you can only print from there. And it goes to the default printer. No choices.
0 C White over 1 year ago in reply to AmyGurlArgh. I'd never noticed that before with invoices. how annoying. The only way I could figure out to fix the problem was to choose email-this-invoice (file-invoices-email) and email it to myself. (And choose the 'do not update client's email address' option).
0 AmyGurl over 1 year ago in reply to C WhiteYup - same here. That seems to be the only way to do it. Very annoying.
